We are pleased to invite you to our next ESIG / OSPA / OSPA GE / HSPA General Assemblies taking place in Cefic Office - Brussels on 26 & 27 October 2026.
As these meetings are intended to take place in person, we would be delighted by your physical presence. Your participation would be highly valued as we come together to exchange on key developments and shape the path forward*.
Agenda and further information will be shared in due times.
1) PARTICIPATION
For organisational purpose, can you please indicate your intention to participate (or not) using the registration form (button on the top right REGISTER). Once registered, you will receive the formal Outlook invitation for each GA in due time.
Voting members are expected to attend the General Assembly meetings or give proxy to a colleague.
If we do not hear from you by Friday 11 September, we will assume that you will not be able to attend, which we would, of course, sincerely regret.

3) HOTEL
The recommended hotel is the Thon Hotel EU (Rue de la Loi 75, 1040 Bruxelles)
We have negotiated a preferential rate for single occupancy per night
- Night of 25 October: 5 Deluxe rooms at 150 EUR
- Night of 26 October: 20 Deluxe rooms at 200 EUR
- Night of 27 October: 5 Deluxe rooms at 200 EUR

The breakfast buffet, VAT (12%), Wi-Fi and services are included in the room rates. The city tax (5.60 EUR per room per night) is not included in the above room rates. The room rates are not commissionable.
"Individual call in” terms and conditions
- A certain number of rooms can be reserved in advance by the company. Participants shall use the weblink provided by the hotel to confirm their room reservation. They shall pay their room individually by credit card upon reservation on the weblink. In order to do so, we ask our guests to fill in the appropriate space for the credit card number and expiry date on the webpage.
- Rooms can be cancelled via the website or by email and on individual basis up to 7 business days prior to arrival without any charge. In case of no-show, late cancellation or early departure, no refund will be granted according to the cancellation policy.
- All reservations must be received before the cut-off date mentioned on the webpage. All rooms left in the block shall be released without any charge.
- 100% of the remaining rooms will be released 1 month prior to the party's arrival.
- After this date, availability cannot be guaranteed by the hotel. Additional reservations will be subject to availability at the Best Available Rate.
